What HVAC services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of HVAC services including installation, maintenance, and repairs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

What is the dispatch fee?

For non-maintenance clients, our dispatch fee is $169. For current maintenance clients, our dispatch fee is $129.

Does James River Air have a maintenance plan?

Yes! We have an HVAC Maintenance Plan. All maintenance clients receive 30% off all repairs, priority service, and more!

How often should I have my system serviced?

We recommend having your HVAC system serviced at least once a year. Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance, extends the lifespan of your system, and helps prevent costly repairs down the road.

Does James River Air offer warranties on HVAC services?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. We offer warranties on HVAC installation to give you peace of mind. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.

Does James River Air offer financing options for repairs or replacements?

Yes, we understand HVAC replacements can be an unexpected expense. We understand financing can be a critical component in your decision to purchase a new home comfort system or even repairing your existing system. Please see our Financing page to apply.

I am currently renting, can I call and schedule service?

If you're renting, we kindly ask the homeowner either schedule the appointment directly or provide their permission for us to perform service at their property. This helps ensure everything is handled properly for liability and access purposes.

Does James River Air provide services for mobile homes, RV's, campers or automobiles?

No, unfortunately, we do not service mobile homes, RV's, campers or automobiles.

Founded in 1997, North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. Headquartered in Arlington, VA, NATE is the certification organization that was developed by, and has been supported by the entire HVACR industry for nearly 20 years.
Much like academic degrees, HVAC certifications are a strong indicator of proficiency and expertise. NATE certified technicians have proven their knowledge in the HVACR industry by passing specialized NATE certification tests. At James River Air Conditioning, we encourage our technicians to achieve NATE accreditation in an effort to sustain industry knowledge, continuous education, and maintain industry best practices.
