Last night was an exciting night as we completed our training course encouraging women to find out about the opportunities available to them in the HVAC and related trades.
Over the course of several weeks, the women learned about HVAC careers and were taught the fundamentals of how HVAC systems work and how to keep them maintained.
Some of the graduates will go on to be hired as PM (preventive maintenance) techs.
James River believes that there are major opportunities for women in HVAC and related trades and are excited that we can help get more women into the field. We currently have two female sales representatives, one female PM tech, and one female plumber.
