James River Air Completes Solar Installation at Hungary Idea House 2

James River Air is proud to announce that we have completed the solar array installation at 8201 Hungary Rd (Idea House II).  The system required special approvals from Henrico County because it is installed in the front yard.  The innovative on-ground front yard installation was required due to constant shading in the rear yard and rear roof.   The system will be rated at 3.1 kW and should help generate 60-70% of the power consumption of the home.
The house will be LEED Certified.  The target certification level is Platinum.
